LOCKWOOD PAINT THE PAVEMENT DAY

BAINBRIDGE SOUTHEND MURAL
posted: 08. 16. 18 I designed and painted an approximately 30 foot by 19 foot mural for Bainbridge South End apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina. I worked with the Bainbridge team as well as designer Childs Dreyfus on developing the mural concept, which merges references to fitness with elements from the surrounding community. 
BLUEBIRD BIO MURAL
posted: 08. 14. 18 I painted a mural for Bluebird Bio, a biomedical company offering treatments for rare medical conditions. The mural was installed in their Durham, North Carolina location, and will have birds added to it by patients. Lauren Harkey of Hodges Taylor Art Consultancy was the project director.

CSA SPECIAL EXHIBITION
updated: 06. 18. 18 In 2014 I participated in the Arts and Science Council's Community Supported Art program, which connects artists and art enthusiasts through an afforable subscription model based on community supported agriculture programs. This June and July I'll have several artworks in an ASC Community Supported Art Special Exhibition at Projective Eye Gallery at UNCC uptown along with other CSA alumni. The show runs from April 28 through July 28, 2018. The gallery is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

GOLDSBORO CROSSWALK MURAL
posted: 04. 23. 18 I designed a crosswalk mural for the city of Goldsboro, North Carolina's Made on Main Street event on April 21. I had help in executing the mural from Guy Harrigan of Transpo Industries, and Tray and John from Tucker-Kirby Co. Watch a video about the project here.

posted: 04. 14. 18 The Daily Mews is a new Charlotte, NC cat cafe that "provides a safe haven for adoptable rescue cats in a cozy, café environment." I had the privelege of painting a mural for their cat lounge.

updated: 02. 16. 18 My submission was accepted into the 2018 edition of Artfields, a massive annual juried art festival in Lake City, South Carolina. My ID for public voting is 735452. Artfields takes place April 20 - 28. My painting will be on view at the Lake City Library, 221 E. Main Street, Lake City, South Carolina.
