I recently installed an exhibit of works at Yoga For Life. "A Peaceable Kingdom," featuring prints and paintings of life forms, will be up through June, with an artist reception on June 11. More info here.

IMAGINON SCULPTURE INSTALLATION

The large prehistoric sea monster below has found a new home at the ImaginOn. Artist Erich Moffitt and I collaborated on the sculpture of the extinct plesiosaur Liopleurodon for our Megafauna show at Genome Gallery in summer 2012. Also on display at ImaginOn is another collaboration from the same show, the painting Adam Names The Animals.

THE COWFISH, RALEIGH IS OPEN

The Cowfish's new location in Raleigh, NC, is now open and serving some of the best sushis and burgers in town. I was commissioned to do all of the wall art, which is part of their fun and wacky decor.

CAROLINA'S GOT ART RETURNS

I'm honored to have a piece included in the 2013 edition of Carolina's Got Art. CGA is a juried exhibition open to North and South Carolina artists. This year it will take place at Elder Gallery and the grand opening is May 3, 6pm - 9pm.

MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCES

I'm very pleased to have artworks for sale at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences Museum Store in Raleigh, NC. The store is located near the main entrance of the museum and both the store and museum are free to visit. The works I'll be showing there will feature mainly animals endemic to the region, or otherwise featured in the museum exhibits.

BIRDSONG BREWERY SHOW

I will be showing artworks with Tim Scheaffer at the Birdsong Brewing taproom through April. We are having an opening with an opportunity to meet the artists (me and Tim) April 4 from 6 - 9 pm. I'll be showing a selection of bird design prints, and Tim will be showcasing his latest series of railroad inspired paintings.

CHAPEL HILL JURIED EXHIBITION SERIES

1900 GETS NEW LOGO

I was hired to create an updated logo set for 1900 Mexican Grill. The new branding should begin to appear on 1900's signage and marketing materials this spring.

I've wrapped up work on commissions for El Camino now open on Montford Drive. The works include two large day of the dead skulls like the one below. Other skulls can be seen here.
